Made by soaking a combination of Organic Vanilla Beans
(Madagascar Bourbon, Indonesian, Papua New Guinea V. planifolia, and Papua New Guinea V. tahitensis) in GF Black Spiced Rum for 3 months,
pulverizing the beans, and adding sugar, GF corn syrup, and xanthan gum before letting the paste rest for another month prior to bottling.
Paste gets better with age, and this whole bean version
can be used well in baked goods, chili, and oatmeal.
Vanilla is a flavor enhancer and can be used in all dish varieties,
including desserts, savory dishes, beverages, and more.
Vanilla paste can be used as a 1:1 ratio to replace vanilla extract.

getting in the way -- such as drinks, whipped cream, and ice cream.

to soak in GF Black Spiced Rum for 2 months, then adding vanilla extract, vanilla sugar, corn syrup, molasses, and xanthan gum.
Left to sit another month before bottling.
Can be used to make hot cocoa, a spread for toast,
oatmeal, pancakes, and so much more.
Made using Navel Oranges in Toasted Vanilla Sugar,
then adding GF White Rum, water, honey, vanilla beans, lemon juice, and xanthan gum, this Orange Paste is a 1:1 replacement for orange zest,
orange extract, or even orange juice in recipes.
Makes fabulous orange rolls, is delicious in hot chocolate,
and is the perfect addition to your holiday baking.
