True Ceylon Cinnamon has a very unique flavor (similar to red-hot candies) and is significantly more powerful than cinnamon you can typically find in stores (which is often Cassia, mixed with Cassia, or left to sit for a very long time).
Amazing in anything where you want a rich, warm, cinnamon flavor. A little goes a long way!
