Vanilla Extract 

Made using Organic Vanilla Beans from Madagascar which are cured in the Bourbon style and extracted in GF Vodka, this Vanilla Extract is better than anything you will buy in stores.
Aged 1 year before bottling,
1.5 fold (meaning 1½ times the standard requirement for vanilla extract),
and comes with a dropper lid.

Made using Organic Bitter Apricot Kernels from Turkey in GF Vodka, this Almond Extract is wonderful in cookies, cakes, bread, and to make marzipan.
Aged 3 months before bottling. 

Made using Unsweetened Organic Shredded Coconut from the Philippines in GF Rum, this Coconut Extract will give you that subtle coconut flavor in desserts, savory dishes, and beverages.
Toasted and aged 3 months before bottling. 

Made using Organic English Lavender from France in GF Rum, the smell and taste will knock your socks off. Lavender Extract is fabulous in tea (hot or cold), lemonade, baked goods, and cocktails.
Aged 2 months before bottling. We waited 4 months for this lavender to arrive by ship! 

Made using Organic Ceylon Cinnamon from Sri Lanka in GF Spiced Rum, this Cinnamon Extract is not like anything you'll smell in stores. The depth of this sweet and fiery cinnamon is perfect for so many applications, such as apple pie, drinks, caramels, and cinnamon rolls.
Toasted and then aged 2 months before bottling. We waited 4 months for this cinnamon to arrive by ship! 

Made using Arabica Whole Coffee Beans from Ethiopia in GF Vodka, this Coffee Extract is perfect for enhancing chocolate of any kind, and can be used in desserts, savory dishes, and to make coffee ice cream.
Does contain caffeine.
Aged 6 weeks to ensure a smooth, non-bitter finish before bottling.
